Marcel Kaminstein

After completing a bachelor of science in International Business Administration from the American University of Rome, Marcel entered his career with Valerio 888 the Amber jeweler for the shops onboard developing their trunk show business in 2003.  January of 2004 Marcel was asked to join the management team of the Special Events Sales and Luxury Retailing program under Hugh Treadwell in Starboard (LVMH).  After growing the $2 mil business in 2004 to a $32 mil business at the end of 2005, Marcel branched out to found Cruise Industry Solutions.  Cruise Industry Solutions is a company focused on providing niche solutions with in the cruise industry.  Today, The Sea Pass, Inc was a solution provided through the collaboration of UR-Way and Cruise industry Solutions.

Stephen Bellosi    

A Former VP of Business Banking at Wachovia Bank and a current partner in QBFL Investments LLC, an early stage investment fund.  Mr. Bellosi co –founded UR-Way Payment Solutions early in 2005 with the mission to provide secure payment alternatives into new market verticals.  Mr. Bellosi brings customer service mentality and expertise in credit card processing and business financing. Most recently Mr. Bellosi co-founded SeaPass Inc. with the mission to bring efficiencies to the retail aspect of the cruise industry through leveraging strategic partnerships with Cruise Industry Solutions and Vanguard ID Systems.  Mr. Bellosi holds a BS in Business Marketing from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State) and professional business licenses, including Series 6 and 63 NASD.

Richard O. Warther

Rick Warther founded Vanguard ID Systems in 1987 to manufacture bar coded transaction devices and has since grown his company to become the pioneers and leaders in the development of bar coded cards, key tags and labels. Some of his accomplishments include the following

• Twenty-Four years in the Automatic Identification Industry.

• Pioneer in bar coding, first to laser print on plastic thus creating first bar coded membership/ID Card:

• Invented the first bar coded Key tag (1,000,000,000 issued to date).

• Pioneered “Flip Chip” RFID Key tags for Contact less transactions

• ·Holds ten (10) United States Patents for Bar Coded, Magnetic Striped, and Radio Frequency Transaction Devices.

• Who’s Who in Business and Industry.

• Program Facilitator for Strategic Coach where successful Entrepreneurs strategize four times annually in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Warther has taken a proactive approach to the creation and ongoing development of the SeaPass Solution.
